Job Description/Requirements

We want to add to our team! Our State College office is looking for another Employee Screening Specialist/Staffing Coordinator!!!
The Employee Screening Specialist will be responsible for conducting screening such as drug and alcohol testing, background checks and fingerprinting. All training and certification will be provided by Advantage Resource Group.
Job Functions:
- Schedule and conduct screening within the 3 main areas of the Employee Screening division:
o Drug and alcohol testing
o Criminal background checks
o FBI Fingerprinting
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality throughout screening processes
- Support Employee Screening Manager in reaching division goals
- Participate in growth/obtaining of additional clients through marketing efforts
-Interviewing and hiring for positions.
Desired skills:
1-2 years of customer service
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
