Requisition # 1215 and 1216: There are full-time and part-time Personal Banker I positions in State College, Centre County.

The responsibilities of the role include providing quality, consultative customer service to ensure customer needs are met; processing numerous customer transactions; recognizing cross-selling opportunities and referring customers to appropriate personnel; preparing and maintaining various administrative records; and providing back-up support for account processing as required.

The qualifications of the position include minimum 1 year experience in related customer service or cash-handling position or equivalent experience; proficient reading, writing, mathematics, and communications skills; and the ability to work well with people with excellent attention to detail.
