GN Associates is looking for a maintenance technician for the property management buildings and a furniture store. Duties include:
• Completing daily work orders
• Preventative maintenance tasks
• Plumbing repairs
• Proper grounds keeping
• Equipment repair
• Furniture assembly and delivery
• Painting
• Drywall repairs
• Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• You must be able to lift 75+ pounds
• Prior painting and drywall experience
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be efficient and have strong customer service skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
