Park Security Systems is a locally owned company that offers Security Systems for home and business as well as Fire Alarms, Surveillance Cameras and Access Control Systems.
This position is responsible for:
o Develop and maintain a database of prospects and clients to meet sales goals.
o Utilize all negotiation skills to close the sale.
o Understand security needs of customers to determine the best solution for the clients.
o Always ensure confidentiality of customer information.
o Promote a high degree of morale and spirit of motivation within the department and other departments.
o Encourage a high degree of cooperation and communication between this department and all other departments.
o Deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients in a timely fashion.
o Provide constant follow up all times.
o Utilize social media presence to promote the company and potential clients.
o Utilize and feel comfortable with all aspects of sales, including asking for and following up on referrals.
o Assure customer’s satisfaction before, during and after job completion.
o Stay current on security, fire, access control, and CCTV technology advancements and pricing.
o Create all invoices and work with the Service Coordinator to get the customer’s installation scheduled.
o Work together with the installation team.
o Meet or exceed prospecting goal and provide all required documentation to the Director of Sales.
o Ensure accuracy of all sales agreement and paperwork.
o Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, in house tech support to the end-users, and requests about products and services.
